“You certainly make it sound appealing,” she said, locking the door behind them. Hanging her jacket up and setting the keys in the little dish by the door, she was pleased that Clint didn’t hang back, instead heading right for the sofa to make himself at home.

“You just relax. Take a nap or something,” she said, offering a smile. “I think I can handle getting a shower on my own.”

Heading toward the small bath, she stripped his shirt off over her head before disappearing inside. “Though if you get bored,” she called out. “You’re always welcome to keep me company.”
