Sometimes he really had a one track mind, and it certainly hadn’t taken much to distract him. Her words from earlier at the arcade were likely still near the forefront of his mind, so even the slightest indication that they didn’t have to wait until they got to their destination for a little fun had been enough to get him going again.
It was quite flattering, really.
Settling into her seat, Natasha tried to hold back her own grin when she caught that look in his eyes, but it was no use. Buckling her seatbelt, she rested her hand on his knee while turning her attention out the window, watching as the gate retracted to prepare for takeoff.
