He pulled her closer, his touch forever gentle, and she let out a quiet sigh and practically melted into the embrace, her arms tightening around his shoulders just slightly. She could feel his heart beating against her chest, feel her own answering back, and when he paused with her lip trapped between his teeth she opened her eyes to find him gazing back at her. His eyes were always so expressive, and right now they were filled with pure love and happiness. She hoped he could see the same in hers.
