Risking that she would probably hurt him in a second, Clint stretched his arm immediately when she did, making their hands meet and embrace on the pillows. Of course she would ask, Natasha was one of the most curious persons he knew. Part of it came with the job, but when she came to like someone, there was genuine interest. And certainly not that coldness that many people wrongfully associated with her character.
Most of the time he found it adorable and wonderful, the long way she had gone from pushing away everyone in the beginning of their partnership, but sometimes it put him in embarrassing situations, that was for sure.
"You just looked a little like our new baby girl outside."
He ruefully stretched out a finger to play with one of her curls for emphasis.
"Maybe I should buy helmets for that scooter after all."
