“Maybe I will wear one too, then we can match,” she said, shrugging one shoulder nonchalantly. It all had the desired effect and soon Clint was laughing, his good mood restored. It wasn’t that she didn’t think they needed to talk further about his mission here, but she knew how much he was struggling with it and that he didn’t remember so much of it and she didn’t want to push him. More than that, this wasn’t the place for such a discussion. She would call HQ tomorrow and convince them to send the mission file to them. After that they could hole up and talk about it until he had come to terms with it all. In the meantime she planned to keep him distracted.
